This position will focus on developing Vehicle Management System (VMS) software to support the Boeing Defense, Space&Security (BDS) business organization. Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for the VMS software.Implement, integrate, and maintain C/C++ software components for real time embedded systems. Create and execute software development plans, verification plans, and test procedures; document results to demonstrate requirements satisfaction. Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for software domains and system specific issues.Contribute to the development and improvement of software processes, tools, and metrics. Track team progress and ensure product/process conformance to project plans and industry standards.
