IT Business Analyst, Saint Cloud, MN

Scope of Work

Use Case Analysis: Thoroughly review and document each of the 200+ business use cases, identifying the specific functionalities and integrations reliant on Microsoft apps.

Solution Design: For each use case, design a solution that either migrates the functionality to Google Workspace or identifies the optimal alternative (continued Microsoft usage, third-party tool, custom integration).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate solution options, and manage expectations throughout the transition process.

Implementation and Support: Oversee the implementation of solutions, providing technical support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of use cases, solution designs, and implementation steps.

 

Most Important Requirement

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with both Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, etc.) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Apps Script, Appsheet, etc.).

Collaborative, problem-solving mentality and behavior

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira)

Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and other integration technologies

Familiarity with IT Cybersecurity and compliance requirements
