We're looking for a Security Supervisor who leads with professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, guest-first approach.
In this role, you'll help protect our guests, team members, and property while setting the tone for a security team that is visible, approachable, and dependable.
The Security Supervisor supports daily security operations across the resort, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
This role combines hands-on security work with team leadership, requiring strong decision-making, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Core responsibilities include:
Supervise and support daily security operations across the resort property
Hire, lead, coach, and schedule security team members; provide ongoing training and guidance
Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure safety and policy compliance
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Assist in developing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols
Monitor surveillance systems and investigate suspicious activity
Ensure a visible, approachable security presence that enhances the guest experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in security or a related field (24+ years preferred)
Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
Must be able to pass a background check
A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required!
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to stay calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations
High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule to work all shifts (7-3pm, 3-11pm, & 11p-7am)
$22+hr based on experience
Must be 18yrs or older
