Job Overview:
Nextaff is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Coordinator to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our dispatch operations.
This role is ideal for a professional with a background in corporate office settings or high-volume logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatching and route planning for outgoing shipments.
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments directly with customers.
Track shipment status and due dates, coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager.
Update internal tracking systems and ensure all digital paperwork is uploaded accurately.
Manage professional communication via phone and email with clients and drivers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office or logistics setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new dispatch software.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key experience is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Ability to pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check.
