divh2Service Center/h2pSt Cloud MN/ph3Job Summary/h3pCaliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Calibers Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards./ph3Salary/h3pOur Collision Customer Service Consultant for this position can make up to:/pulli$45,000 - $55,000 per year/li/ulh3Benefits of Joining Caliber/h3ulliBenefits from day one: Immediately eligible for medical, dental and vision/liliIndustry Comparable Pay
