Operations Coordinator

This is an Operations Coordinator in the Brokerage Operations area. Verify advisory paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and correct signatures. Set up new accounts in internal platforms for advisor use. Process paperwork initially; later handle some advisor outreach by phone. Maintain and update advisory accounts across Cetera programs. Meet SLAs and performance metrics with guidance from Team Leads. Respond to inquiries via Salesforce, email, mail, and phone. Research and resolve complex cases and communicate escalations clearly. Use key systems such as Docupace, NetX360, AdviceWorks, MAA, Salesforce, SmartWorks. Support financial planning operations and partner with internal teams including Compliance. Handle lowmid level escalations and ensure regulatory procedures are followed.Skills Data Entry, Administrative, Customer Service, Processing, Operation, Administration, Office suite, Email, Insurance, Financial services Additional Skills&Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 1+ years of working in an office environment. 1+ years of working with MS Office Preferred: 6+ months of financial operations experience 6+ months bank teller experience 6+ months of Legal/Paralegal experience Experience Level Entry LevelJob Type&Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
