Location: Duluth, MN Job type: Full Time Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday (overtime may be available) Hourly pay: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr (pay increases with parts sales experience brought to role) Compensation for this position includes hourly wage, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.What you'll do as a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face that contractors turn to when purchasing electrical products at our branch. Your role is crucial in ensuring they quickly find what they need to get back to their job sites. If you enjoy interacting with customers and learning about a variety of products, this could be the perfect fit for you.
