The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory auditing, stock management, and loss prevention, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliConduct inventory audits across multiple store locations to ensure stock accuracy.
/liliReview inventory records, stock levels, and adherence to company policies.
/liliIdentify discrepancies, shrinkage, and inefficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
/liliEvaluate inventory control processes and ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.
/liliPrepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
/liliFollow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken.
/liliStay updated on industry best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.
/liliPerform special inventory audits or investigations as needed.
/li/ulh3Qualifications Skills/h3ulli2+ years of experience in inventory auditing, stock management, or retail operations.
/liliStrong understanding of inventory controls, loss prevention, and stock management.
/liliProficiency in inventory reporting and data analysis.
/liliExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and travel to different store locations as required.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory management software is a plus.
