Transportation Material Handler (A-shift)
This entry-level position is centered on managing the physical flow of finished boat trailers from the manufacturing facility.
The role involves ensuring that outbound trailers are accurately picked, packed, and loaded onto trucks while strictly adhering to safety, inventory, and transportation compliance standards.
Additionally, you will safely operate tractors to move products and be required to climb up and secure trailers as well as perform heavy lifting as part of your daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage the physical flow of finished boat trailers out of the manufacturing facility.
Ensure trailers are accurately picked, packed, and loaded onto trucks while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Safely operate tractors to move products.
Climb up and secure trailers as part of daily responsibilities.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
Essential Skills
Experience in transportation and forklift operation.
Familiarity with manufacturing production and environments.
Capability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
Experience with tractor trailers and warehouse equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience with manufacturing boat trailers is advantageous but not required.

Work Environment
This is an outdoor position, subject to various weather conditions including rain, heat, cold, and snow.
The role involves heavy lifting and manual labor.
A Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM with Friday to Sunday off.
B Shift Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 6AM-6:30PM with Monday to Thursday off.
The B Shift offers a $1/hour shift differential, and employees can work 36 hours and get paid for 40 based on attendance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $***** - $*****/hr.
