Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join a growing team in Peachtree City, GA.
This role supports customers with parts inquiries, quoting, order coordination, and service scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing/product-based environment.
This is not a call center role.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a small office setting, takes ownership of customer issues, communicates well, and has hands-on experience using CRM and ERP systems as part of their daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding parts, pricing, availability, and order status
Prepare and process parts quotations using ERP and CRM systems
Enter and manage customer orders accurately in company systems
Coordinate service scheduling and follow-up activities through CRM tools
Manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and related documentation
Collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, operations, and service teams
Maintain strong follow-through to ensure customer issues are resolved completely
Document customer interactions, updates, and order activity within CRM/ERP systems
Support customers in identifying and purchasing replacement parts
Required Qualifications
35 years of customer support, customer service, inside sales support, or account coordination experience
Background supporting physical products such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, mechanical, or related industries
Experience working in a small company or team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities
Proven job stability and consistent performance history
Hands-on daily experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
Critical Requirement
Candidates must clearly demonstrate:
Which CRM/ERP systems or tools they have used
How those systems were used daily (order entry, tracking, quoting, documentation, scheduling, customer follow-up, etc.)
Candidates without direct system usage tied to daily responsibilities will not be considered.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing, industrial, or automotive industry background
Experience supporting parts sales, quoting, or order management
Mechanical or electrical aptitude
Comfortable working in an office/desk/phone support environment

Responsive, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
