Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service. Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success. Previous customer service experience preferred. About Our Agency
