Oracle OFS Technical Lead with expertise in below:

Have done technical development, configuration, and deployment.

Worked on implementations and executing complex database migrations.

Present technical and functional capabilities of Oracle Field Service Cloud platform to clients.

Able to configure Field Service application to align with client specific business processes.

Support in go-live & production support phase

Worked on RICEF estimation for the requirement and built the requirement traceability matrix.

Provide direction to internal cross-functional teams including business analysts and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
