Why You’ll Succeed (Qualifications) Certified Professional: Valid Missouri Teaching Certification in Middle School Mathematics (5-9) or Mathematics (7-12) . Degree Requirements: Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, required; Master’s degree, preferred. Master of Engagement: You know how to make "Math Talk" a standard part of your classroom, encouraging students to explain their thinking and debate solutions.
