Responsibilities/Job Description:
Bring Your Possibilities to Fairview
At Fairview, we believe in the power of possibility — within ourselves, our teams, and the communities we serve. We believe that leadership isn’t just a title — it’s a mindset we all share. Whether you’re providing hands-on care, innovating behind the scenes, or supporting those who do, your work matters.
The HR Solutions lead serves a proactive, critical thinking, and highly organized member of our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team within a complex healthcare delivery system. This role is responsible for building scalable, people-centered processes, tools, and frameworks that strengthen the HRBP function and operationalizes service delivery in support of the overall leader and employee experience. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, operational discipline, and change management acumen with a passion for human-centered design and HR innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
Design, document, and continuously improve HRBP-facing processes such as workforce planning, retention, organizational change, team effectiveness, and engagement strategies.
Apply human-centered design principles to ensure processes are clear, practical, and aligned with the real-world needs of healthcare staff and leaders.
Project Management & Execution
Lead and coordinate cross-functional HRBP enablement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and maintain project plans, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are met across a variety of HR initiatives.
Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment of project priorities with broader organizational goals.
Serve as the HRBP lead on key projects across Human Resources.
Tools & Resource Development
Develop and maintain toolkits, templates, and job aids that support HRBP service delivery (e.g., change readiness assessments, coaching tools, talent review guides).
Ensure all resources are current, accessible, and aligned with the needs of clinical and operational client groups.
Change Management & Enablement
Design and support structured change management approaches for organizational initiatives led or supported by HRBPs.
Guide HRBPs and business leaders through stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and change readiness assessments.
Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing
Support HRBP onboarding and continuous learning with resources that build consulting skills and familiarity with healthcare-specific workforce challenges.
Facilitate internal learning forums, best-practice sharing, and playbooks to promote HRBP collaboration and consistency.
Data & Insights Support
Collaborate with People Analytics to provide HRBPs with accessible dashboards and insights on workforce metrics, turnover, engagement, and organizational trends.
Help translate data into compelling stories that inform strategic workforce decisions.
Human Resources Business Partnership
May have a small client group of leaders and be responsible for executing HR strategies, resolving operational HR challenges, and providing guidance on talent management, workforce optimization, organization design, culture, and employee engagement.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
3–5 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or HRBP
Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Familiarity with human-centered design or continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools and HRIS/reporting tools and systems (e.g. Lawson, Infor, Workday, Oracle, Power BI)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
