Contract: 12 months
Location: Oakdale, MN
Pay Range: $14-15/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Prepare standard business correspondence in response to customer inquiries or internal requests
Support customer needs by addressing questions, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex matters as needed
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Use knowledge of standard practices and procedures within the field to perform routine work
Operate under close supervision with limited independent decision-making
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service
Report progress, issues, and feedback regularly to a supervisor or manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Word, Excel)
Good communication skills
