Randstad is Hiring 3rd shift candidates to join a team in WHITE BEAR LAKE on 3rd shift.  Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd for 4 -5 weeks.  Shift  Sunday 5pm-430AM Mon-Thur 1130p-530AM No experience needed, just need to be willing to learn! Responsibilities

Assembly Key Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of circuit boards (PCBs) according to direct instructions.

• Conduct quick quality checks to ensure boards are functioning properly.

• Carefully pack completed products for shipment.

• Maintain a fast, efficient pace to meet daily production goals.
  
  
  Machine Operator Key Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor the machine that manufactures circuit boards.

• Watch the machine during operation to ensure smooth functionality.

• Unload completed circuit boards from the machine safely and efficiently.

• Follow all safety and operational directions precisely.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 10 hours at one time
