Custom Cabinet Builders / Carpenters

for projects located in or around

Afton, MN

. This is a first shift opportunity and the

pay rate is up to $35/hour

based on experience and skill level. If you are a Cabinet Maker and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Building custom cabinetry

Detailed finish work

Executing builds based on experience&skill (not step-by-step prints)

Ensuring top-quality finishes&attention to detail on all work

Collaborating with a team that values quality, pride in work&culture

Requirements:

Must have a strong background in custom cabinetry or high end woodworking

Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must have proven experience with detailed finish-level work&trim

Must have solid problem solving skills&craftsmanship mindset

Must have own hand tools (power tools provided)

Must have a positive attitude&strong work ethic
