About the Role
The Company is in search of a Human Resource Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the regional retail leadership, providing strategic and proactive HR support that is in line with business objectives and enhances the overall teammate experience. This role involves partnering with store and regional leaders to offer HR guidance, serving as a trusted advisor on various HR matters, and championing company culture. The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting change management efforts.
Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree being preferred, and a minimum of 6-8 years' of related HR experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in multi-unit or retail HR support, exposure to employee relations, workforce planning, and HR strategy execution. Key skills include exceptional communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities, as well as a strategic, consultative approach and the capacity to influence without direct authority. The ideal candidate will also have HR certifications and a working knowledge of employment laws, best practicesin HR, and familiarity with DEI initiatives and change management.
