Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler Location: Osceola, WI - Dresser, WI Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:45am - 4:15pm or 4:15pm - 2:45am What's the Job? Perform assembly and pemming operations using hand tools and power tools Work with sheet metal components to ensure quality and precision Utilize rivet guns and other hand tools to assemble parts accurately Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided Ability to work with hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness Reliable and punctual work ethic Ability to work Monday through Thursday What's in it for me?
