Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify work required and write a detailed description of work needed Assigning work orders to mechanics Generating invoices, reports, and billing Ensure replacement parts are available for needed repairs and distribute Complete work orders by providing necessary information, job descriptions, labor, parts used, and additional notes Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers Proactively support the organization’s goals and objectives Qualifications A high school diploma or GED preferred 2-3 years of shop experience Must have a Valid Driver’s license The ability to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment, be detail oriented with strong written and oral skills while maintaining effective communication The ability to handle stressful situations in a non-confrontational, problem solving manner is required Duties- High Performance
