Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and technical documentation. Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applicationsSupport the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiativesAssist in the data entry for staffing plans Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Additional duties as assigned to support the ICT Engineering Department Education Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. Experience Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a technology, engineering, or IT environment. Experience supporting senior-level management or department heads. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems is an advantage. Basic understanding of ICT concepts and terminology to facilitate effective communication within the department. Experience with document management systems and electronic filing. Core Competencies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving ability and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
