Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives focused on mergers and acquisitions. This role directly partners with and supports our Director, M&A and Business Development to ensure successful execution of organic and inorganic transactions. The Senior Project Manager will assist across all stages of the business development lifecycle using strong financial modeling experience to perform due diligence on potential acquisition, affiliation, and merger targets. This role requires strong financial, analytical, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment. Responsibilities include: Support the development and execution of M&A and partnership strategies aligned with the system's strategic goals. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Coordination: Partner with stakeholders from various departments to cross-functionally support and serve as the liaison between Project Owner, internal stakeholders, and external contractors, designers and vendors to ensure effective scheduling, communication, budgeting and project success Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address delays, emergencies, and other issues. Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and any changes to the project scope. Technical Oversight: Ensure technical specifications are met and explain contract and technical matters clearly to all stakeholders. What's Available: Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week Monday-Friday Days Location: Remote Eligible role for residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. However, there may be occasional needs to work onsite in the La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI areas. Starting salary $90,000 and up, based on your years of experience. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field 4– 7 years' experience in project management execution, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading team Apply strong financial acumen to manage project budgets, evaluate financial risks, and support value realization in M&A initiatives Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple projects and tasks Experience working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders and managing and prioritizing project demands Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
