Inside Sales Representative – Fastener Industry Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Assist customers with product selection, quotes, pricing, and order placement
• Use extensive fastener knowledge to recommend the correct products for customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Process orders accurately and follow through on delivery timelines
• Identify sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on inventory, product lines, and industry trends

Inside Sales Representative – Fastener Industry Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and knowledge of fasteners is REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of bolts, nuts, screws, washers, anchors, and related hardware
• Previous inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with sales conversations, upselling, and relationship building
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency and experience with order entry systems preferred
