Description
The Cellar Crew Lead will guide the cellar crew in the daily operations of the cellar. Operations range from assisting in producing craft alcohol beverages to running crossflow filtration, cleaning equipment, and preparing the finished product for sale and distribution. Cellar Leads are expected to have a positive attitude and contribute to the success of the cellar crew in a fast-paced environment!
Duties&Responsibilities
Maintain high communication standards with cellar teams and managers, establish clear communication protocols, utilize various channels, and foster a culture of open feedback and collaboration Support special projects and consistently identify and improve standard operating procedures Collaborate with the lab for timely analyses and informed production decisionsWork with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment issues Strong understanding and enforcement of all production SOP's Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and work with the Cellar Manager to adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing teamMaintain accurate production records, logs, and reports utilizing a variety of computer-based applications Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Click here to view the full job description

Able to be flexible in both schedule and duties, heavy physical activity, performing regular strenuous activities, including standing, walking, climbing, reaching, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and other motions Requires lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs. in weight independently, and up to 100 lbs. or more with assistanceRequired Qualifications
21 years or older Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report will be run) Minimum one year of alcohol production experience in a commercial cellar Schedule - Sunday - Wednesday (8:00 am - 8:30 pm) *Wednesday Rotation
The Cellar Team operates on a rotating shift schedule with changing shifts weekly. We primarily operate on 4 days on 3 days off, and 3 days on 4 days off, with a rotating weekly schedule. The crew works 12-hour shifts with overtime for any hours worked over 10 hours in one day or 40 hours in one week. We apply the overtime hours that best benefit the employee per pay period. Flexibility with schedule changes and weekend availability is required.
Compensation&Benefits
Starting Wage = $25.00 - $27.00/hour (DOE)
