The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to determine the best course of action.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
