To support our continued growth and impact, we are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow sales through new account acquisition, current account management and channel partners. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong hunter mindset who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening doors, solving customer challenges, and converting opportunities into profitable growth. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Sales – Chains , this position will play a key role in executing growth strategy, expanding market share, and supporting major customer relationships. What You'll Do New Business Development Identify, pursue, and win new strategic account opportunities to grow profitable revenue. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into measurable results. Identify&develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and present compelling value-based solutions. Account Growth&Customer Management Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer partnerships. Maintain strong customer relationships while proactively pursuing new business opportunities. Resolve customer issues and support implementation to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Sales Execution&Collaboration Partner with the Sr. VP Sales– Chains and regional sales reps to execute growth strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and support successful sales outcomes. Support and leverage channel partners and regional representatives to expand reach and drive results. Utilize the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling process (training provided/certification required). What Success Looks Like Successful candidates will: Consistently achieve or exceed sales growth targets Create and convert new business opportunities Build trust quickly and sell consultatively Turn customer challenges into growth opportunities Balance urgency, strategy, and disciplined execution What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 7 years of business development or consultative sales experience with proven success winning and growing accounts Foodservice industry experience preferred Experience selling into complex organizations and navigating multiple stakeholders Skills&Capabilities Business Development Proven "hunter" mentality with strong deal-closing ability Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity management skills Ability to identify customer pain points and develop ROI-based solutions Sales&Commercial Acumen Strong negotiation, business planning and problem-solving skills Ability to translate strategy into measurable sales outcomes Strong understanding of customer needs in QSR, Fast Casual and C-Store segments preferred Collaboration&Influence Ability to lead through influence with sales reps, customers, and internal teams Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable Travel Up to 60% travel across the U.S. Access to a major market airport required Why Join Us Growth-oriented role with advancement potential Opportunity to make a direct impact on market share and revenue growth High-visibility role working with strategic customers and senior sales leadership Collaborative culture with strong product and market support If you are a driven consultative seller who loves winning new business and building strategic relationships, we encourage you to apply.
