POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Chef Manager to lead both culinary vision and day-to-day operations in a private dining environment.
This role requires exceptional culinary talent and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Culinary Leadership
Design and execute timely monthly menus
Meal preparation: lunch Monday – Friday (except for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays which are dinners) and special events
Maintain excellence in flavor and presentation
Source high-quality ingredients
Adapt menus for events and gatherings
Operational Management
Oversee kitchen operations and service flow
Manage food budget and procurement, supplies, and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Team Leadership
Recruit and train kitchen staff
Oversee the dining room manager
Maintain a calm, accountable culture
Guest Experience
Understand and anticipate member preferences
Deliver refined, personalized experiences
Event Execution
Plan and execute private and themed events
Collaborate on wine pairings and presentation
