Maintenance Technician / General Laborer Needed We are looking for a reliable maintenance technician/general laborer to join our property maintenance and general contracting team. We perform repairs and maintenance for apartment complexes, rental properties, and residential clients throughout the Monterey County area.Job Duties Work may include: General apartment maintenance repairs Drywall patching and texture matching Interior and exterior painting Fence repairs and light carpentry Door, trim, and hardware repairs Replacing faucets, angle stops, supply lines, toilet parts, and other basic plumbing fixturesHauling debris and jobsite cleanup Picking up materials from suppliers Assisting with remodel, repair, and construction projects Taking before, during, and after photos of work Communicating job progress clearly Keeping tools, materials, and jobsites clean and organized Company Description We are a growing local property maintenance and general contracting company serving apartment communities, rental properties, and residential clients throughout Monterey County.Our team handles a wide range of work including maintenance repairs, painting, drywall, fencing, light plumbing, carpentry, hauling, and remodel support.
