Respond to and troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions, diagnosing issues and performing corrective actions under supervision. Assist senior technicians and engineers with complex repairs, installations, and modifications of automation systems.Document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.Identify and report potential equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes. Collaborate effectively with production operators and other maintenance team members. Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology) is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment, preferably with automated equipment.Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Proficiency in using common hand tools and basic power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy).
