About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Student Access, Success, and Enrollment Management.
This executive leader will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that ensure students can access the institution, persist in their studies, and successfully complete their educational goals.
The role involves overseeing and integrating functions related to both enrollment management and student affairs, with a focus on creating a seamless and coordinated student experience.
The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner, aligning recruitment strategies, student support systems, financial aid policies, advising models, and co-curricular programs with the institution's goals and mission-driven outcomes.
Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should have a proven record of advancing student access, belonging, retention, and completion.
The role requires a professional with progressive experience in higher education administration, particularly in enrollment management and/or student affairs leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree (doctoral degree preferred) and be proficient in using data analytics to inform institutional strategy and improve student outcomes.
The Vice President will also be expected to lead complex, cross-functional organizations, manage budgets, and strategic initiatives, and be a collaborative, student-centered, and visionary executive leader.
