About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support infrastructure and construction programs at Goodfellow AFB. You will play a key role in design review, project management, and construction oversight across utilities, roads, and public works systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform engineering analysis and

design reviews Oversee infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, facilities) Support

cost estimating, risk analysis, and quality control Prepare SOW/SoO and technical documentation Conduct

site inspections and compliance reviews Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) EIT required; PE preferred 10+ years of civil engineering or construction experience Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Proficiency in:

AutoCAD SpecsIntact (or equivalent) RSMeans / E4Clicks

Strong communication and project coordination skills Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background check) Preferred
