The Company is in search of a Chief Banking Officer (CBO) to join its executive leadership team.
This newly created role is pivotal in providing strategic leadership across core business lines, with a focus on retail banking, marketing, private banking, and future treasury management expansion.
The CBO will be responsible for overseeing a significant portion of the organization, driving growth, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for deposit growth and market expansion, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring a strong, relationship-driven, customer-first culture.
The role also involves overseeing branch operations, customer experience, and sales performance, as well as building strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
The ideal candidate for the CBO position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in strategic growth, team leadership, and business development.
A strong understanding of retail and commercial banking operations is essential, as is experience in leading across multiple branches or regions.
The role requires an executive presence with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
