Job Overview

Responsibilities:
Process standard claims and adjustments efficiently and accurately.
Meet production, cycle time, and quality performance standards consistently.
Support non-complex claims-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Adapt to processing changes related to new plans and benefit designs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong working relationships with account managers, operations, and client representatives.
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators related to productivity and accuracy.
Work proactively with supervisors to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.
Requirements/Must Have:
Basic knowledge of claims processing and data entry.
Familiarity with claims systems and related tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience:
01 years of experience in claims processing or data entry.
Experience working with computer systems and spreadsheet applications.
Skills:
Proficiency in data entry and processing tasks.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
Understanding of benefits administration concepts.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification And Education:
High school diploma required.
