Responsible for the delivery of professional, complex services to patients and patients families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
Two years of experience in Social Work Services
Two years of experience in Counseling
Certification/Licensure:
Required
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Must be current in the State of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
SAFE Approach Level III Certification
Must obtain within six (6) months of start date
