About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support infrastructure and construction programs at Goodfellow AFB.
You will play a key role in design review, project management, and construction oversight across utilities, roads, and public works systems.
Job Status: COA (Contingent on Award)
Key Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis and design reviews
Oversee infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, facilities)
Support cost estimating, risk analysis, and quality control
Prepare SOW/SoO and technical documentation
Conduct site inspections and compliance reviews
Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
EIT required; PE preferred
10+ years of civil engineering or construction experience
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
Proficiency in: AutoCAD
SpecsIntact (or equivalent)
RSMeans / E4Clicks
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background check)
Preferred
Federal, military, or public works experience
Construction contract management and cost control
