responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an effective scheduling management system by setting up assignments, tasks, and subtasks in consultation with technical experts.

• Coordinate and monitor timelines with internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying potential delays and facilitating timely interventions.

• Evaluate project performance and generate detailed progress reports from consolidated data utilizing strong Excel skills.

• Recommend strategic actions to accommodate schedule changes, ensuring projects remain strictly within budget and on time.

• Document scheduling processes, maintain accurate records, and consistently communicate updates and deadlines to all stakeholders.
