A must-have for this role! Certifications (or Willingness to Certify):

ASHI, InterNACHI, or CREIA certifications are a huge plus. Bonus points if you hold a Contractor’s license, speak Spanish, and/or have a Drone License!

Physical Requirements: Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and safely climb ladders. Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
