Job Description

We re seeking a dynamic Employee Communications Manager to join our Employee Communications and Engagement team. You ll drive impactful, department-level communications that engage and inform our crew. In this role, you ll shape messaging across multiple departments and company-wide, building the infrastructure and processes needed to scale effectively.

You will also play a key role in supporting and enhancing some of our core communication channels. This includes ensuring they run efficiently, optimizing processes for better engagement, and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

We're seeking someone who combines strategic vision with strong operational execution. Thinking big while diving into the details comes naturally, ensuring seamless execution at every level. With deep expertise in employee communications and a mastery of the written word, crafting highly detailed communication plans down to every last detail is second nature. Thriving in fast-paced environments, this individual excels at balancing multiple projects with precision and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Support employee communication plans for multiple organizations.

Support our Weekly All Hands and Triannual All Hands

Support with managing some of our core channels

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree

6+ years of relevant experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Project management experience: Highly organized and excellent attention to detail

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently on a deadline

Highly collaborative

Positive attitude and self-start with the ability to forge relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders

Experience working with C-level executives

Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Canva, Google Slides, Keynote, Confluence and Zoom Events

Experience with video editing is a plus!
