The Role
We are hiring a Financial Analyst I to support the development and daily operation of our client's finance and business operations team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn how a high-growth technology company operates from the inside and who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
This is an operational finance role focused heavily on day-to-day financial operations rather than traditional FP&A work.
You'll play a meaningful role in ensuring financial processes run smoothly while helping build foundational systems that will scale with the company over time.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, is willing to get their hands dirty operationally, and wants to build alongside a fast-growing company from an early stage.
What You'll Do
Manage AR/AP workflows using the Tabs system
Generate, verify, and track invoices and collections processes
Support compensation planning, commission calculations, and payroll-related workflows
Assist with invoicing, billing, and revenue operations processes
Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Partner with the external accounting firm to support monthly and quarterly book closing activities
Help improve documentation, reporting, and operational workflows
Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
Support ad-hoc financial and operational projects as the company grows
Contribute to building scalable finance and reporting processes
What We're Looking For
Entry-level or early-career candidate with a background in finance, accounting, operations, consulting, or related fields
Studied finance, accounting, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in evolving, unstructured environments
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
Willingness to roll up sleeves and operate across both strategic and administrative work
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
