Your Role: Assistant General Manager

Youll work alongside the General Manager to lead the Mill Valley studio, build an incredible team, create unforgettable client experiences, and drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Development

Assist in recruiting, managing, and inspiring instructors and front desk team members

Identify and onboard top-tier talent, partnering with the Corporate Team for training

Attend and contribute to corporate meetings, webinars, and development sessions

Sales & Customer Experience

Help execute strategies that consistently hit and exceed revenue goals

Own your personal sales pipelinegenerate leads, follow up, and close with confidence

Deliver an exceptional client experience, resolving issues swiftly and professionally

Lead studio tours, build authentic relationships, and guide prospects to the right services

Clearly communicate offerings and membership benefits to all clients

Studio Operations

Optimize class schedules and manage instructor availability for maximum impact

Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard environment that reflects the MNT brand

Represent MNTSTUDIO at community events and build local brand presence

Support studio marketing efforts, manage social media, and assist with content creation

Marketing & Community Engagement

Collaborate on event execution and support advertising campaigns on Google and Meta

Plan and attend at least one community event per month to boost visibility

Additional Responsibilities

Partner with the General Manager on overall studio operations and team performance

Track and report on key performance metrics regularly

Oversee inventory of retail items and studio supplies

Help coordinate maintenance and upkeep of studio equipment

What You Bring to the Team

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills

Proven success in hitting revenue goalsmemberships, retail, private sessions, and teacher training

Familiarity with Mindbody and MarianaTek (or willingness to learn)

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Cool under pressureable to meet tight deadlines with composure

Tech-savvy and highly organized

Weekend and vacation availability as needed

Experience with Canva is a plus

Comfortable with social media platforms, especially Meta and Instagram
