Above all, you are a team player with a positive attitude.RESPONSIBILITIES: Assume manager's role in supervising staff in absence of the Store Manager Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations of running store such as upholding excellent customer service, coaching and developing the sales team Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clientelingCommunicate inventory needs to support business goals Track and log relevant KPI's - Conversion, AOV&UPT Organize, plan, and execute in-store events Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner Ensure all company policies and retail procedures are enforced at all times Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual directionREQUIREMENTS&QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style 3+ years retail experience Existing client base required Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Decision-making and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail PAY RATE: $30/hr - $32/hr + Commission (based on experience and qualifications)
