Energy Storage & Power Electronics Engineer, San Antonio

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in electrical / Energy / Systems Engineering
8–15 years of experience in technical service operations or grid / energy systems and Project management/Program management
Strong capability in handling complex incidents, service escalations, and root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.
Experience creating and guiding team for maintaining KDB articles, runbooks, and operational workflows
Proven ability to lead KPI governance, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives along with team.
Strong stakeholder management skills including utilities, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
Experience supporting SLA management, contract reviews, and service renewals
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 support engineers
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in electrical / Energy / Systems Engineering
