We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with proven technical expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. YOUR ROLE AT CNG ENGINEERING As aSenior Electrical Engineer , you will serve as a technical leader and mentor within our MEP team. You’ll guide projects from concept through construction, contribute to quality assurance, and help develop the next generation of engineering talent. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead with Technical Expertise Serve as Engineer of Record for electrical systems. Design power, lighting, and low‑voltage distribution systems with a focus on performance, safety, and long‑term reliability. Perform engineering calculations, system analyses, and code reviews. Collaborate Across Disciplines Coordinate with internal MEP teams, architects, and external consultants from project kickoff through completion. Lead design and construction meetings with clarity and professionalism. Support client relationships through responsive communication and technical excellence. Mentor&Develop Talent Provide guidance, feedback, and technical support to junior engineers and designers. Participate in structured check‑ins and professional development discussions. Manage Projects Effectively Oversee a balanced portfolio of projects with support from project managers and design staff. Maintain quality, schedules, and budgets through organized planning and proactive communication. Address design and constructionchallenges with sound engineering judgment. Support Construction Administration Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to verify design intent. Participate in field observations and coordinate with contractors as needed. Provide input on contracts and fee proposals with transparency and care.
