You will have the chance to utilize your transportation design expertise in roadway/highway Engineering to serve on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects.  You’ll work alongside a leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and client service. Project opportunities may include highway interchange design, freeway roadway design , and local road projects. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business to solve unique challenges for our clients. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 

• Professional Engineer License (PE)

• 5-10 years of previous professional engineering roadway design and geometrics experience leading tasks

• Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience 

• Strong Civil 3D or OpenRoads background for modeling and preparing construction plans

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams

Strong written and verbal communication

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

•    Knowledge of the transportation and established relationships with key clients such as TxDOT and local municipalities 

•    Passion for mentoring a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

•    Strong business development acumen to join forces with our Growth team as we pursue and secure new project opportunities that expand our project portfolio

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a servant-leadership mindset focused on serving our teams, clients, and projects

69,500.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
