Our client, centrally located in San Diego, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are motivated to hire quickly; this position starts January 13. You'll be joining a CPA firm with a long history of stability and community outreach in San Diego. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the firm's Partners by managing client interactions, coordinating with
fellow administrative staff, and efficiently handling a high volume of tasks, especially during the busy tax season.
