seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and operational functions. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within company systems while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties&Responsibilities Accurately enter and update information into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures Maintain organized records of production, inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational documentationVerify and correct data discrepancies as needed Process and file paperwork, reports, and electronic records Assist with inventory tracking and reporting functions Support warehouse, manufacturing, and administrative departments with data-related tasks Generate reports and assist management with data analysis when requiredMaintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding documentation and data accuracy Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assignedQualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred Strong typing and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments when necessary
