Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST Position Summary: We are subcontractor in San Diego who is continuously growing , is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative personal to join our team. Plenty of opportunity to grow. As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing essential support to the project team, managing accounts payable and receivable, submitting and requesting insurance for projects, and ensuring efficient office operations. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is essential for this role. We provide a healthy and comfortable work place, our company is has been growing year by year, would like for hire someone with the same desire to grow.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the project team, , organizing projects, and managing correspondence. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Submit and request insurance documentation for various projects. Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation. Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project needs are met. Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and other project-related documents. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Familiarity with insurance documentation and requirements.
