We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Operations Program Manager to join client for a 3-month engagement, specializing in navigating the unique challenges of monetization research participant recruiting. In this role, you will partner with researchers and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze complex recruiting workflows and develop a detailed proposal for optimizing processes related to recruitment of business users at scale for the purpose of research. This work will directly impact the success of our monetization research initiatives by ensuring we have the right participants and streamlined, compliant processes.
What you ll do:
Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research, highlighting strengths, pain points, and business risks.
Identify and synthesize key challenges, gaps, and opportunities related to participant access, compliance, tooling, incentives, and vendor management.
Engage with research, legal, operations, sales, 3P vendors and cross-functional partners through interviews and workshops to gather input and align on priorities.
Develop a detailed, prioritized program plan outlining recommended next steps, proposed initiatives, owners, timelines, and resource needs for improving monetization research recruiting.
Present findings and your program plan to stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and actionable handoff to the Research Operations team.
5+ years of experience in Research Operations, with specific expertise in recruiting for monetization, ads, or other hard-to-access research populations.
5+ years of experience planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end research recruitment lifecycle, ideally in tech or fast-moving environments.
Demonstrated success leading research ops programs that enhance compliance, scalability, and efficiency of recruiting for niche audiences
Proficiency in scalable documentation, project management tools, research tools, and workflow analysis.
Strong knowledge of relevant legal, privacy, and policy issues shaping participant recruiting.
Analytical and strategic thinker; brings a data-driven, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
Highly organized, an excellent communicator, and self-motivated to drive projects without close supervision.
Effective at translating stakeholder feedback and synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
