Lien and levy for sum certain 100 Mill for unlawfull conversion, San Francisco

America:I am Kerry Serrano Bey, doing business as Tracy-Kerry Serrano, hereinafter referred to as the claimant. I opened a bank account with SOFI, hereinafter referred to as Liabell, the tortfeasor. This account was opened unlawfully through unlawful conversion of my status as an American national into a U.S. citizen, involving extortion and embezzlement. I understand that the account was opened publicly (fraudulent activity) in a retail context. Unfortunately, within this United States' criminal organization, the only classification available for Americans is as U.S. citizens. I explicitly submitted my personal information to update my status in their administration, but I do not believe it was corrected.
I placed a lien on SOFI for criminal violations under Title 15 of the United States Code, specifically Section 1, restricting my right to trade for $100 million.
