This is a performance driven service environment designed for experienced plumbers who want structure, support, and real earning upside. Your New Role

Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair throughout San Francisco, CA 94103 and surrounding areas

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including drain clogs, sewer backups, leak detection and repair, water heater service, and general plumbing maintenance

Provide drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and support for trenchless sewer repair projects

Present customers with multiple repair options using flat rate pricing

Create detailed digital invoices with photos and clear documentation

Collect payment at the time of service

Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle

Participate in team meetings and ongoing skills training

Meet or exceed revenue and average ticket goals

Experience with service plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heaters, and system diagnostics

Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems and present multiple repair options to customers

Valid drivers license

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas

Ability to perform hand excavation and operate power demolition equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using mobile technology for invoicing and service documentation

Reliable and professional in customer facing environments
